- Manage and lead a team with 5 employees to perform the team’s tasks in the above

  - Play a central role in collaborating with other departments & offices to fulfill the team’s function.

   This includes contributions to internal or regional projects to enhance our services and operations

  - Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification

  - Working experience in banking business

  - Very customer oriented - Experience in a leading position

  - Fluent english language skills & Japanese language skills on Business level

  - German is preferable, but not required

  - Knowledge and experiences for commercial banking businesses, such as deposit,

  loan, forex and remittance, the operational side of which is mainly required to fulfill

  the team’s assignment
