- 1st level user support for our entities in Europe (categorize issues and pass to 2nd level support, professional of each category).
- Purchase and ordering for new hardware and software and tools accessories.
- Translate e-mails / documents from our Headquarter in Japan written in Japanese to English.
- Installation, configuration and maintenance for workstations and notebooks.
- Check results of automated processes on server.
- Documentation of the IT-Structure and IT processes.
- Support and maintenance of Mobil devices.
