仕事内容
Main tasks:
- Complaint Handling
- Product investigation by usage of various inspection equipment
- Usage of quality tools (i.e. 8D)
- Technical communication with customers, QA Center in Japan-Headquarter, Sales
- Complaint maintenance on customer webpage (i.e. SupplyON)
- Technical translations from Japanese to English
- Technical sales support
- Internal and external audit support according to IATF16949
Qualification:
- Electronics or electrical engineer
- Working experience in complaint handling, product investigation
- Automotive knowledge (i.e. component qualification)
- Knowledge about Automotive / Quality standards (i.e. IATF16949)
- Fluent language skills in Japanese and English
