Description For our client, one of the biggest Japanese banks, we are looking for an Administrator for Cash Management Services in their Düsseldorf branch.

Your duties:

  • customer support in the areas of electronic banking and cash flow
  • installing electronic banking products for customers
  • execution of product-related internal training courses
  • handling customer enquiries and claims

Your profile:

  • excellent Japanese skills as well as fluent English skills (German is a plus)
  • good IT skills, especially in regards to Windows OS and networks
  • service-oriented personality, ability to work in a team
  • experience in application support and/or the banking industry are a plus
